A: No! We’re a fan-made, unofficial brand created by Directioners, for Directioners. All our designs are One Direction inspired and celebrate the fandom, but we’re not affiliated with or licensed by One Direction, their management, or any official merch companies. We’re just fans who wanted better merch options for adult Directioners.

Q: Who makes your products?

A: Every design is created in-house by our small, fan-run team. We work with quality manufacturers and print partners to bring these designs to life. We’re committed to quality materials and ethical production practices.

Q: What’s your return policy?

A: We want you to love your merch! If you’re not satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. See our full [Shipping & Returns Policy] for details.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: We ship to the US, UK, Canada, and Australia. Standard shipping typically takes: - US: 5-7 business days - UK: 7-10 business days
- Canada: 7-10 business days - Australia: 10-14 business days

Q: Do you ship internationally outside of US/UK/Canada/Australia?

Q: What sizes do you offer?

A: Our apparel typically ranges from XS-3XL, but sizing varies by product. Check individual product pages for specific size charts and measurements.

Q: Can I request a custom design or quote?

A: We love hearing ideas from the fandom! While we can’t take individual custom orders right now, we’re always collecting ideas for future designs. Drop us a message through our Contact page with your suggestions.

A: We’re online-only for now, which helps us keep prices affordable and ship directly to Directioners worldwide.

Q: How do I care for my merch?

A: To keep your fan-made merch looking fresh: - Wash inside out in cold water - Tumble dry low or hang dry - Avoid bleach and harsh detergents - Iron inside out if needed
